NURSERY

Our nursery is designed to offer a safe, clean and healthy atmosphere, surrounded by affection for babies as from four months old.

We know that the child's emotional stability is affected by the environment to which the child is exposed in the first two years of life, that the baby's brain develops in response to the stimuli they receive and that no child should ever go without attention.

Therefore, our proposition for the nursery care is accomplished through a lot of affection, holding babies, conversations, songs and games, which help babies feel safe, comfortable and to develop emotionally.

We offer appropriate incentives to our babies, encouraging speech, mathematical knowledge, motor skills, plus neurological, emotional, social and intellectual development, through a ludic and pleasing setting. Every week, children take part in a moment of musicalization with an expert teacher.

STRUCTURE

Our nursery has a carefully planned structure for the safety and well-being of babies. The environments are separated, thus providing more space for the babies.

We offer:

Stimulation Room with colorful toys, appropriate for each stage of the babies’ development.

Sleeping room, where babies sleep in individual cribs and are constantly assisted by a nursery technician.

Feeding room where babies are fed in a quiet, clean and sanitized area.

Solarium for sunbathing and playing outdoors, fitted with Psychomotricity and balances blocks.

Equipment for Hygiene: For parents’ convenience, the school provides all hygienic materials necessary for the babies’ welfare. Our suppliers are: Johnson & Johnson, Hipoglós, Pampers and Nestlé.

FOOD

All our food is developed by a nutritionist and is prepared daily in our school. The menu is sent monthly to parents who, along with their pediatrician, can adapt it according to each baby’s needs.

SCHEDULE

Our service takes place from 7:30AM to 6:30PM. And it can be distributed in three different shifts: eight, ten and eleven hours.

PROFESSIONALS

Our team is graduated in Nursery Courses and First Aid; they receive continuing education in our school as well. We also have a nursing technician who is able to administer any medication when necessary. The Nursery staff is guided and evaluated by an educator responsible for the nursery. The relationship child / nursery caretaker is two to one.
